The Textile Arts Council presents Golden Waterfalls, Windblown Pines: The Story of Kimono, with Betsy Sterling Benjamin, artist, researcher and author specializing in Japanese textiles. Ms. Sterling is the author of The World of Rozome: Wax Resist Textiles of Japan, and has exhibited her own work and lectured widely. She lived for eighteen years in Kyoto teaching at the university level, and is now on the faculty of the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston.
