The Conference of Northern California Handweavers CNCH08 will be held in Sacramento at the DoubleTree Hotel on Point West Way (Across from Arden Fair Mall)

If you've never attended a CNCH weaving conference before, this is a perfect opportunity. It's being sponsored by Area 4 Guilds, and held right here in our own backyard!!!! If you've attended many CNCH conferences, you'll be delighted with the teaching staff, many whom have never taught at CNCH before and a few of your "old" favorites!!!!

All the details and a complete registration booklet (and a special "Program Booklet" - featuring the instructor's work in color) are on line for your convenience. You can print the entire thing, or only the pages you need. www.cnch.org (you'll find the information under conferences). We encourage on-line use as this keeps our printing costs to a minimum, which allows us to keep your conference registration as low as possible. If you need a printed version, your CNCH guild liaison should have some available.

The Textile Arts Council presents Dr. Sandra Cate with Crossing Stitches & Crossing Borders: Iu Mien Embroidery in a Global Community. She plans to bring examples of this wonderful work and we hope to have a demonstration as well. Free to TAC members, $10 general, $5 for FAMSF members and students.
